Queslett Park is the home of the first Hostcentre.
The site was acquired in 1999 and work commenced in 2000 with the first phase of this substantial mixed used scheme.
The Project includes indoor and outdoor leisure, hotel and conference facilities, a pre-school nursery and housing.
After patiently waiting for housing approvals Host are now poised to progress into the development phase seeing the vision becoming reality.
Queslett Park currently represents a haven for golf enthusiasts with
a nine hole golf course and one of the largest two tiered floodlit
all weather driving ranges in Europe, the home of the Alison
Nicholas Golf Academy operated by Host Leisure catering for both
the individual and corporate groups. The Hostcentre
will occupy a superb site overlooking the golf course with panoramic
views of the Birmingham skyline - you can track the development on
the news page. |
